Refund policy

At Incline Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us ensure product safety, quality, and integrity for all of our customers.

We do, however, offer refunds in specific situations. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can review and process your request promptly.

Once your request has been approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
